What is coaching?
Coaching is a safe space where an ADHD coach (me) and a client (hopefully you) can explore your ADHD challenges. Provides an open, trusting and supportive space to identify strengths and weaknesses and help put structures in place to create change.
Coaching helps create structure and routine to achieve personal, education and professional goals.
